Nicole Lawrence

Nicole Lawrence brings over 20 years of diverse accounting experience, with a background spanning manufacturing, import/export, and legal industries. Her depth of knowledge and versatility make her an invaluable asset to The Proper Trust LLC™ team.

Based in Washington state, Nicole is a proud and busy mom of two active kids who keep her on her toes with a full calendar of softball, baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. When she’s not supporting clients or attending games, Nicole loves spending quality time with family and friends.

As the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes, Nicole masterfully coordinates the entire Proper Trust team. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and seamless communication help ensure that everything runs like clockwork.

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Lori Heering

Lori brings a dynamic background to The Proper Trust LLC™, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia and professional experience in bookkeeping, experiential marketing, and event management. Before stepping into her role as an accounting specialist, she spent five wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom.

Lori is energized by the inspiration, empowerment, and camaraderie that comes with being part of an all-women team. She values the collaborative spirit and support that defines The Proper Trust.

Based in Georgia, Lori lives with her husband Paul, their two sons, Oliver and Wyatt, and their beloved dogs—Betty the doodle and Pepe the chihuahua. A certified CrossFit coach, Lori is passionate about health and fitness, cherishes time with her girlfriends, and unwinds with a good book and a well-deserved glass of wine.

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Mirna Rankin

Mirna brings a well-rounded background in both finance and family life to The Proper Trust LLC™ team. Prior to joining us, she spent 10 years in the banking industry and 7 years as a bookkeeper before stepping away from the workforce to raise her children. She later returned to work with the Yakima School District, spending eight years there—four of those in finance.

Mirna lives in Yakima, Washington with her tugboating husband of over 20 years. Together, they have two daughters—a college freshman and a high school sophomore. She’s also the proud oldest daughter of one of our beloved Mamas, Eveline.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Mirna loves spending time with her family, soaking up the outdoors, and relaxing at her family’s property in North Central Washington. Her warmth, experience, and steady presence make her an essential part of The Proper Trust family.

BILLING SPECIALIST

Trisha Koppert

With a blended background in business administration, accounting, and paralegal studies, Trisha brings a rare combination of financial expertise and legal-industry insight to The Proper Trust LLC™. Her career has spanned bookkeeping, business management, office operations, and client service—giving her the well-rounded foundation essential for supporting law firms with precision and care.

Before joining The Proper Trust, she spent more than eight years as the business manager at dulcederm, where she led operations, managed payroll, oversaw staff development, and maintained the financial systems that kept the business running smoothly. Her bookkeeping experience also includes roles with The Campbell Foundation, Rocket Lift, and multiple small businesses, where she handled payroll, billing, tax documentation, and compliance for several entities at once. 

Outside of work, she’s a devoted reader of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror, an enthusiastic painter and Warhammer 40k player, and a lover of Italian wine, great food, and time spent with friends and family. She also has a true passion for organizing anything she can get her hands on - bringing order and efficiency wherever she goes.

Chie Nakamichi

Chie brings a rich and diverse background to The Proper Trust LLC™ team. Born and raised in Japan, she has also lived in Vietnam, where she held roles as an evacuation specialist, Japanese customer representative, and insurance coordinator.

Her journey into accounting began with a focus on accounts receivable, where she discovered a passion for detail and precision. With over 20 years of experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments, Chie has honed exceptional interpersonal skills that make her a valued team member and client resource.

Outside of work, Chie enjoys spending quality time with loved ones—cooking, camping, sewing, and traveling with her family and friends. Her warmth, reliability, and global perspective are just a few of the qualities that make her an asset to the Proper Trust team.

Regina Valladares

Regina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings a strong background in administration, banking, bookkeeping, and tax services to The Proper Trust LLC™.

Since joining the team, she’s found joy in connecting with clients and resolving billing matters with care and precision. Her approachable nature and problem-solving skills make her a valued part of the client experience.

Born in Texas and raised in Mexico, Regina is passionate about adventure and cherishes time spent with the people she loves—because as she beautifully puts it, “There’s no accounting for the mysteries of the human heart.”

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Vianey Martinez Hernández

Vianey records and tracks firm payments, making sure every transaction is properly documented and every account stays current. She takes satisfaction in keeping financial information organized, knowing that the work she does helps the firm's operations run smoothly. She wants clients to feel supported and confident that their payments and financial information are being handled accurately, efficiently, and with complete confidentiality.

She previously worked in the Credit and Collections department at a shipping and logistics company, where she built the customer service and payment management skills she brings to the role today. She was drawn to The Proper Trust for its focus on professionalism and integrity, and for the opportunity to keep growing professionally.

Vianey holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education. She's naturally curious and loves picking up new things, and outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family and making new memories together. A fun fact: she's also great at doing cute hairstyles!

E- BILLINGS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Lee Anderson

Lee manages the details behind attorney billing, preparing and submitting invoices across a variety of systems, from e-billing platforms and direct invoicing to LEDES-formatted files. Her focus is making sure each client’s billing is handled accurately and according to their specific requirements, taking one more responsibility off their plate.

For Lee, the most rewarding part of her work is knowing her clients feel taken care of. She wants the people she works with to feel less overwhelmed and confident that the details are in capable hands.

Lee brings nearly a decade of experience working with businesses across a range of industries, including construction, landscaping, salons, and diesel performance. She joined The Proper Trust excited to build on that experience, expand her knowledge of legal accounting, and be part of a team where support and collaboration are part of the culture.

Outside of work, Lee loves anything that gives her a chance to be creative and work with her hands. Her interests range from silversmithing and polymer clay to bleach painting and billiards—an eclectic mix that suits someone who enjoys putting both the analytical and creative sides of her brain to work.

The Mamas

Rosette and Eveline—affectionately known as “The Mamas”—are the heart of The Proper Trust LLC™. As twin sisters and proud mothers to Sarah Prevost, Danielle Hoysradt, Nicole Lawrence, and Mirna Rankin, they’ve become beloved figures within our team and among our clients.

Rosette brings over 20 years of accounting experience, with a particular focus on Accounts Payable. Eveline, after a remarkable 30+ year career as a machinist at Boeing, brought her precision and dedication to The Proper Trust.

Based in Oregon, these dynamic sisters are inseparable both in and out of work. When they're not keeping our books in perfect order, they’re enjoying morning walks, shopping trips, and cherished time with their grandkids and extended family.

More than just bookkeeping specialists, The Mamas are the soul of our team. They work hand-in-hand (because you truly can’t have one without the other), and their wisdom, humor, and unwavering support keep us all grounded.
