Lynda Artesani
With more than 25 years of experience, Lynda Artesani is a nationally recognized leader in legal-industry accounting. Her work centers on using technology, thoughtful processes and specialized financial expertise to help law firms improve accuracy, efficiency and decision-making.
Lynda is the founder of Artesani Accounting and a co-founder of The Proper Trust LLC™ and the Accountants Law Lab™, an educational community for accounting professionals serving the legal industry. She has also been recognized as a Top QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor of the Year.
She is the author of Modernize Your Law Firm, a practical guide to improving law-firm operations and financial management, and co-hosts the Accountants Law Pod.

Sarah Prevost
Sarah Prevost brings more than 20 years of experience providing financial services for attorneys and law firms. With particular expertise in process optimization and operational efficiency, she helps firms strengthen their financial foundations, streamline their systems and create more sustainable ways of working.
Sarah is a Clio Certified Accountant and an active member of the Multnomah Bar Association. Her industry experience includes Gusto Silver Tier and LeanLaw Accounting Pro certifications, along with advisory roles on the Xero and Gusto Partner Advisory Councils.
In addition to co-founding The Proper Trust LLC™, Sarah is the founder of Mintage Labs and a co-host of the Accountants Law Pod™, where she contributes to conversations at the intersection of law, accounting and technology.

Nicole Lawrence brings over 20 years of diverse accounting experience, with a background spanning manufacturing, import/export, and legal industries. Her depth of knowledge and versatility make her an invaluable asset to The Proper Trust LLC™ team.
Based in Washington state, Nicole is a proud and busy mom of two active kids who keep her on her toes with a full calendar of softball, baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. When she’s not supporting clients or attending games, Nicole loves spending quality time with family and friends.
As the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes, Nicole masterfully coordinates the entire Proper Trust team. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and seamless communication help ensure that everything runs like clockwork.

Lori Heering
Lori brings a dynamic background to The Proper Trust LLC™, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia and professional experience in bookkeeping, experiential marketing, and event management. Before stepping into her role as an accounting specialist, she spent five wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom.
Lori is energized by the inspiration, empowerment, and camaraderie that comes with being part of an all-women team. She values the collaborative spirit and support that defines The Proper Trust.
Based in Georgia, Lori lives with her husband Paul, their two sons, Oliver and Wyatt, and their beloved dogs—Betty the doodle and Pepe the chihuahua. A certified CrossFit coach, Lori is passionate about health and fitness, cherishes time with her girlfriends, and unwinds with a good book and a well-deserved glass of wine.

Mirna Rankin
Mirna brings a well-rounded background in both finance and family life to The Proper Trust LLC™ team. Prior to joining us, she spent 10 years in the banking industry and 7 years as a bookkeeper before stepping away from the workforce to raise her children. She later returned to work with the Yakima School District, spending eight years there—four of those in finance.
Mirna lives in Yakima, Washington with her tugboating husband of over 20 years. Together, they have two daughters—a college freshman and a high school sophomore. She’s also the proud oldest daughter of one of our beloved Mamas, Eveline.
When she’s not crunching numbers, Mirna loves spending time with her family, soaking up the outdoors, and relaxing at her family’s property in North Central Washington. Her warmth, experience, and steady presence make her an essential part of The Proper Trust family.

Trisha Koppert
With a blended background in business administration, accounting, and paralegal studies, Trisha brings a rare combination of financial expertise and legal-industry insight to The Proper Trust LLC™. Her career has spanned bookkeeping, business management, office operations, and client service—giving her the well-rounded foundation essential for supporting law firms with precision and care.
Before joining The Proper Trust, she spent more than eight years as the business manager at dulcederm, where she led operations, managed payroll, oversaw staff development, and maintained the financial systems that kept the business running smoothly. Her bookkeeping experience also includes roles with The Campbell Foundation, Rocket Lift, and multiple small businesses, where she handled payroll, billing, tax documentation, and compliance for several entities at once.Â
Outside of work, she’s a devoted reader of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror, an enthusiastic painter and Warhammer 40k player, and a lover of Italian wine, great food, and time spent with friends and family. She also has a true passion for organizing anything she can get her hands on - bringing order and efficiency wherever she goes.

Chie brings a rich and diverse background to The Proper Trust LLC™ team. Born and raised in Japan, she has also lived in Vietnam, where she held roles as an evacuation specialist, Japanese customer representative, and insurance coordinator.
Her journey into accounting began with a focus on accounts receivable, where she discovered a passion for detail and precision. With over 20 years of experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments, Chie has honed exceptional interpersonal skills that make her a valued team member and client resource.
Outside of work, Chie enjoys spending quality time with loved ones—cooking, camping, sewing, and traveling with her family and friends. Her warmth, reliability, and global perspective are just a few of the qualities that make her an asset to the Proper Trust team.

Born in Texas and raised in Mexico, Regina is passionate about adventure and cherishes time spent with the people she loves—because as she beautifully puts it, “There’s no accounting for the mysteries of the human heart.”

Rosette and Eveline—affectionately known as “The Mamas”—are the heart of The Proper Trust LLC™. As twin sisters and proud mothers to Sarah Prevost, Danielle Hoysradt, Nicole Lawrence, and Mirna Rankin, they’ve become beloved figures within our team and among our clients.
Rosette brings over 20 years of accounting experience, with a particular focus on Accounts Payable. Eveline, after a remarkable 30+ year career as a machinist at Boeing, brought her precision and dedication to The Proper Trust.
Based in Oregon, these dynamic sisters are inseparable both in and out of work. When they're not keeping our books in perfect order, they’re enjoying morning walks, shopping trips, and cherished time with their grandkids and extended family.
More than just bookkeeping specialists, The Mamas are the soul of our team. They work hand-in-hand (because you truly can’t have one without the other), and their wisdom, humor, and unwavering support keep us all grounded.

Teaira Burge
Teaira is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse at The Proper Trust LLC™, supporting the team with scheduling, email management, tech troubleshooting, and anything else needed to keep things running smoothly for our clients. She also serves as the director and producer of the Accountants Law Pod™ podcast, bringing our conversations to life with creativity and precision.
Known as the team’s go-to expert for just about everything, Teaira is endlessly resourceful—if she doesn’t know how to do something, she’ll research it, master it, and likely earn a certification along the way.
Teaira holds degrees in music from Idaho State University and The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. She currently resides in Utah, balancing her administrative brilliance with her love for the performing arts.
When she’s not working her magic at The Proper Trust or shining onstage, you’ll find her practicing yoga, practicing embroidery stitches, or curled up with a good book and a cozy blanket.

Danielle Hoysradt
Danielle shapes brand development, marketing strategy and digital content across The Proper Trust LLC™ and its related brands. Drawing on experience in human resources, accounting and creative operations, she helps translate ideas into clear, thoughtful messaging and creates cohesive experiences across websites, campaigns, educational resources and community platforms.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, a background that informs her approach to storytelling, language and brand voice. With a strong eye for design and organization, Danielle brings both strategy and creativity to the way each brand is presented and experienced.
When she isn't working, Danielle enjoys restoring and designing her 1920s home, collecting antiques, pursuing creative projects and embracing family life with her husband and their two young children.
